Making sure our tack fits both us and our horses well is an important step in maintaining and improving our horses’ health at any age and stage of training.

Checking and fitting your saddle to you and your horse is our speciality and making sure neither one of you will ever feel discomfort during your adventures is to us of utmost importance. Every second spent in the saddle should bring joy and happiness, that’s what we’re here for!

  • Equine Body Analysis

    Our horses always change throughout their lives. Some change more than others. By analysing their bodies’ change we can make more educated decisions on tack, training and feeding.

  • Saddlecheck

    CHF 150

    In addition to an Equine Body Analysis, we will take a look at your saddle and check it on fit to your horse and fit to you statically and in movement.

    We will deterimine if and how much your saddle would need fitting to you and if they can be fitted*

  • Saddlefitting

    In addition to an Equine Body Analysis and checking your saddle for fit to you and your horse, your saddle will be fitted then and there during your appointment at your stable*

  • Saddle Testing

    CHF 220

    We offer a variety of affordable saddles from the brand “Wintec”. You can schedule a test to have the chance to get your choice of new saddles of our assortment fitted at your stable and ride in them. The price of the saddle testing will be included in the price if the decision is made to purchase.

FAQs

What happens during an appointment?

Before fitting a saddle, or checking it for fit, we’ll take measurements of you and your horse, discuss the information and what it could mean for saddlefit, training and longevity (Equine Body Analysis).

Following the EBA, we’ll check your saddle on fit, flocking, treewidth and overall condition and after discussing the adjustments needed with you, proceed with refitting the tree and flocking the panels as needed.

I bought a saddle online, but I’m not sure if it fits. Can you help?

In general the answer is YES!

*However , please note that not all brands and models of saddle can be fitted. Saddles like those of the brands CWD, Antares and Devoucoux which are made with foam panels and carbonfiber/wooden trees and thus cannot be fitted at your stable.*

If you are unsure wether we can fit your saddle or not, send us a message and add the brand name and model. We’ll discuss your options and will find a good solution for you!

How long do I have to wait for an appointment?

Depending on your request, we can find an appointment for you within 1-2 weeks. This is not a guarantee but we aspire to aid you as quickly as possible. To ensure that we can schedule you as quickly, we recommend that you send us a list of days and time frames during which you are as flexible as possible (for example, “I’m free from 1pm onwards on Tuesday, the 14th April”).

I tested this saddle with you and I would like to buy it. What now?

In most cases, you can keep the saddle immediately as its already fitted to you and your horse and will receive an invoice for the remaining payment. Please note that the CHF 220 must be paid after the test, whether you decide on buying a saddle or not. In case of a purchase, the CHF 220 will be included in the final total price of the saddle.
